How to update my CV
How I did it: I opened my CV and started to write!
It wasn't going to be hard, just one of those things that I have been putting off.
Today is my first day back from my holiday and it was the first thing I did (at 7am!)
I used the written reference my old manager gave me to reword tasks and included tasks I even forgot about!
Sent it to my recruitment agency and he called me straight away and we're going to meet tomorrow for a coffee and chat.
Glad to get the ball rolling!
Lessons & tips: - Start thinking about previous jobs and tasks/responsibilities you had
- Use written references/job descriptions as they remind you what you did! and they use different/interesting/more descriptive words to describe the task
