How I did it: Do your research. There's nothing that I hate more than going into a bar and having a bartender ask "how do you make that?" I don't have the best personality but I had skill and that's how I made my money. Memory is pertinent. Remember what your patrons drink, have it ready before they even have to ask. 

Lessons & tips: It's good money if you know what you're doing but after so long and so many drunk a-holes the money is just not worth it anymore...
