How I did it: Chose my method ,  I looked at delia but ultimately the website came up trumps. Then got a pan,eggs, cling film etc & cooked them for 3 1/2 mins

Lessons & tips: Choosing the right method is the important thing.  The  cling film method looked the best - avoiding straggly nasty bits of white was v important to me.
If you are poaching eggs, cling film is your friend.
