How to jog regularly
"Not too bad, even in the rain!"
How I did it: My strategy is to run as slowly and as long as I can without gettingwinded and needing to stop... and doing that 2-4x/week. So far I am almost up to running 2 miles without stopping! And that's without inducing my asthma. :) Woo!
Lessons & tips: Just do as much as you can, don't worry about being slow at first. Your endurance and effeciency seems to improve fast.
Resources: a great jogging buddy and a nice route away from traffic and in natural beauty!
