How to excercise every day
"Exercise gave me a chance to meet more people."
How I did it: I gradually put in time for exercise. At first, it was once a day, then it was twice a day or more. I exercised for about 15 minutes a day, then I exercised for about half of an hour each day.
Lessons & tips: Get outside and exercise. Indoor exercise does not give the digestion of food. Right after you eat a meal, you need exercise to digest the food. So, walk outside, but don't run after your meals. Eating around three times a day would facilitate this. Also, running can be bad for your heart, so walk outside. Don't run outside unless you have to do so, because you're late for something or are in need of getting somewhere on time by doing so.
