How to complete the Breast Cancer 3-day walk
"Hard, emotional and totally worth it."
How I did it: Months of training walks. Start slow and work your way up. Find a really great pair of sneakers (or two). Go to a running store for this. They're great at finding the perfect fit for your feet/gait.
Raising money is the hardest part. I think it would have been easier if I had been a part of a team instead of doing it solo (form a team if you can). Mostly you just need to ask everyone you know and then ask them to ask everyone they know. You'll get there.
