How to ride a public bus by Krista

"Not as scary as I thought it would be."

How I did it: I know this seems like a silly thing to do, but being from a small town, its always something I thought I needed to do. At least once.

So when my car got towed it was a PERFECT time to try out the city bus system!

I looked up the routes online, wrote them down. Made sure I knew how much money I needed to get on, and made sure I was a little early to the bus stop.

I think what surprised me the most is that they don't stop at every stop every time. You need to request the stop to get off at.

Lessons & tips: Research and make sure you know EXACTLY where your stop is! Or else ask the bus driver to tell you!
