How to strengthen My Legs
"Pain free and functional"
How I did it: I originally began the effort to strengthen my legs because my knees were falling apart at the tendons because of an old sports injury.
A year or so later, and after starting of consistent and then maintaining a healthy relationship with the stairs, I can successfully say I have strengthened my legs - at least enough to stop the hurt on my knees.
Next is to strengthen them more, and get them tone.
