How I did it: The grant requirements list was daunting at first glance. One thing at a time and somehow it came together, step by step. The power of a goal and some accountability.

Also knowing how many kids will benefit from this experience prompted me to continue and not let the opportunity slip away this year. Having the event planned gives us all something to look forward to after a long difficult school year. We all need those bright spots on the horizon! (not to mention the behavior and performance incentive this provides for the little darlings too).
