How to own property

"Owning a piece of land is the greatest feeling ever...no one can build condos on it or take down the trees or keep me off of it!!"
How I did it: I knew that I would never be able to afford a place on my own, so I went in with three other couples who share the same values and we bought the land together.
Lessons & tips: If you are going to share land with friends, always make a set of ground rules first so there are never any issues in the future. Nobody ever thinks things will go wrong with friends, but you can never be too sure.
