How to run a marathon
"Slow and steady wins the race. And if I can, so can YOU!"
How I did it: If you've never ran a marathon before, start with shorter distance running. I went for a 5km marathon and it felt great at the finishing line.
What I did:
regular gym training
alternate with outdoor training to feel the impact
joined a running club
trained with a fellow friend
