How I did it: Studied, obviously, haha. Worked really hard, etc. I find college is easier to receive high marks than high school: less meaningless homework and more focus on just a few papers and exams. That kind of grading allowed me to stay more focused on what really mattered.
It's exciting though because it allowed me to apply for a lot of things--studying abroad, change of major, internship programs--and be accepted, which is a really nice reward.
