How to to lose 5 pounds
"I try to journalize my calories every day, and I eat hardly any sugar or fat. I try to shoot for a vegan diet, but I do eat some meat and cheese here and there."
How I did it: Example of food in a day=
Puffed wheat (no sugar, not fat, no salt) cereal
Soy milk (as low of sugar as possible)
Decaf coffee
1 soft taco for lunch and water
1 C of starch at dinner
1 Deck of card sized meat if any at dinner
As much vegis as I want.
I munch on raw yams peeled and sliced up like chips.
Lessons & tips: Cut out sugar
Cut back on fats, but don't worry about them as much as sugar
Watch salt intake
Drink a ton of water!
