How to lose weight and keep it off
How I did it: for me it was all about motivation. for about a year before i would exercise, but i was never serious about it. when i finally got to the point where i absolutely needed a change i got serious about it. i limited myself to only going out to eat at a fast food restaurant only once a week, if that. and usually it was subway =) i went to the gym at least 4 times a week, and weighed myself weekly and wrote it on my calender. seeing the number going down was motivation in its self. for me the weight has been coming off slowly, but i just have to remember doing it slowly is the best way. just dont give up, even if you have a week with no results. be positive, at least you didnt gain anything!
