How to go gluten free
How I did it: I tried to take gluten out of my diet after self-diagnosing myself with a severe form of gluten intolerance, that contributed to a life long depression, "ADD", "bipolar", arthritis, balance issues, anger issues, a lifelong and utterly debilitating fatigue...the list goes on!!
I yoyo'd back and forth when I first thought I was gluten intolerant. But, even if you eat it less, say once a week, you will start to feel the change that gluten brings and it will become unbearable, something you just have to do for your sanity.
Lessons & tips: Try not to keep it in the house. Cut out lactose with it because they both contain morphine like substances and normally if you feel better off of one, you'll feel better off of the other.
Resources: Whole foods, raw food that keep you full.
