How to get new tires
How I did it: I'd been driving around with a slow leak in one of my tires for about a month, just filling up with air when I would get gasoline. Then it was getting to need air even between fill-ups so I knew it was time to do something about it. After putting it off and putting it off, I took an hour after work and wham-bam, I've got new tires (good thing too, cause the leaking one had a crack in it from driving on a low tire and could have blown at any time).
If I knew it was going to be that painless, I would have done it sooner!
Lessons & tips: Shop around for tires. Even good ones don't need to break the bank. Also ask around for recommendations from people you know. That's how I found a reliable place to purchase and put on the tires.
