Congratulations! It is so hard to lose weight and is so wonderful that you achieved this goal.
How I did it: The simple guidance of Paul McKenna. Eat only when I'm hungry, stop immediately when I feel full or think I'm full, eat what I want, and eat slowly and conciously.

Does that really work?
I mean, I know that portion control is one of the keys to weight loss, but I didn’t know that you could lose weight solely from controlling how much you ate.
Did you join a gym or start any new physical activities? Please let me know, lol.

Hi, Allen, I’m so happy for you. Did you weigh yourself daily, weekly, monthly? I’m going to incorporate this practice along with working out 20-30 minutes at least 4 times a week into my weight-loss plan. I’ll keep you posted.
