How to do something I *LOVE* every day for the next 7 days!
"Taking charge of one's own happiness instead of hoping someone/something will do it for you! Yes! :)"
How I did it: Did my usual thing but took time to think each day "Have I done something I genuinely love?" and if the answer was no, went out of my way to make it so.
Lessons & tips: I think I pretty much was already making this happen, but I think it was a good idea to do this goal because it forced me to actively acknowledge the best parts of my days and nights, and I can't help but feel I had a "good", fulfilling week when I go back and read what I wrote. I should probably continue this goal.
Resources: 43things, of course. Netflix. Starbucks. Nature.
