How I did it: I made a decision to do a wider variety of things, to delegate responsibility and to up the anti on the enthusiasm and fun. I upped the anti on every part of my life. Personal relationships, education, willingness, humility, personal branding, fitness and spirit.

Lessons & tips: Show up earlier, be more enthusiastic, have a deep thirst for learning and be willing to go to any length - sleep less,
laugh more, dress better, be kinder and more generous, try things you aren't necessarily good at and be willing to fall on your face and learn from it!

Resources: Lots of books - primarily self help kinds of stuff, Covey's 7 Habits has been a HUGE help as so much of success is about character!
