How to do 50 consecutive push-ups
"Today I did 50 consecutive push-ups, all in less than one minute."
How I did it: About a year ago I could only get about 35, but today I tried it again and was able to knock out the 50. Importantly, focus on your form! You should be looking forward, have proper hand placement, and keep your back straight.
Lessons & tips: Learn what a push-up is, and then do them regularly for a month or so.
