How to quit drinking soda

How I did it: Giving up soda hasn't been the easiest of things. To do it, I started by just not getting any when we would go out to eat and then not buying it for home either. Then, I refused to drink it when at friend's or family's houses. I've been drinking lots of water, juice and caffeine free tea instead.
Lessons & tips:
- Make sure that you don't stop all at once because the withdrawal headache when you come off of the caffeine hurts A LOT.
- Keep lots of other beverages around, like water, juice or lemonade.
- Just order water when eating out. You'll save a bit of money on your bill as a bonus!
