How to find out my blood type
"It's awesome, I'm really glad I know now, through prolonging someone else's life."
How I did it: 1) Donated blood at a blood drive.
2) Gave Donor Services my correct contact information.
3) Was contacted a little over a month later with a letter that contained my blood type information.
4) Smiled. :D
Lessons & tips: Donate blood! Why not? You'll be doing something that (statistics say) only 60% of people can do, and you'll be apart of the 5% who actually donate. Your pint of blood can save up to three lives! Do something good, and do it through a hospital or blood donor center, that way you can trust that they take blood using the proper procedure and you'll more than likely be given your blood type information as well!
