How to save up £300
How I did it: I saved up my pocket money, did more chores arount the hhouse and for other family members, babysat, became extra charming ;] just kidding also christmas helped me get over the last hurdle, thanks to my generous family :]
before i decided to add this goal i used to spend a lot of money on books but when i started working in oxfam i saw how cheap these books (in very good condition) were and that helped me save some money.
i also saved up lunch money and spent less money on clothes and things like that.
i wasn't really saving up for anything except maybe travelling but it just feels good to work towards something :]
Lessons & tips: just save save save, even if you see a really nice top/coat/shoes/gadget, just ignore the feeling (because you'll probs get bored of it soon and not use/wear it) and carry on saviung, you'll feel great for it :] good luck
