How to eat healthier
How I did it: It's actually not that hard. I had this false mindset when I started that eating healthy would be both expensive and disgusting. It's neither really. And, it's very convenient. You don't have to cook or prepare an apple or berries or nuts to eat.
I'm drinking about 6-8 glasses of water a day now and eating fruits and/or vegetables with every serving. I try to drink at least two cups of water with every meal--one before and one after. That way you don't have to remember to guzzle it in the interim.
I feel loads better since I decided to take up this goal. I have more energy, my skin and hair look healthier, my attitude is on the up-swing. All around, I'm very glad I did this. I'll keep doing it too.
And, by the way, indulging in fast food once in a blue moon is nothing to beat yourself up about. It's alright.
