Yes, people are just as afraid of me as i am of them. I’ve tried that with a few of my neighbors and 90% of them are friendly and we strike up conversations. Although most are very private, at the very least they are friendly and ask me how my day was. Unfortunately, sometimes there are people out there that for whatever reason just do not want to talk to you and don’t like you and that is okay.
The point is to meet people and hopefully make a few friends along the way.
