How to drink more water
How I did it: My target was 1.5 - 2 liters of water a day. This was done mainly through 2 things:
1. Specify some bottles of water for urself at home, either by having different colored bottles, or different designs, or even labeling some bottles for u. So each day, u can really know how much u drank by monitoring ur bottles.
2. Get a water bottle, like those from Nike or Adidas, and take with u outside. I started to take mine (full of course) with me at work first, then everywhere. So u know the size of the bottle (for example .75 liter), and u can keep track easily of how much water u drank.
By following these two simple things, I was able to finally manage my mater intake everyday. It was not easy, but it was not hard after all. U keep telling urself, I should finish this bottle today, Twice, and then U can do it.
