How to become certified in CPR by Chalice Charpentier

How I did it: My job requires that all teachers become certified in CPR. Fortunately... they paid for us to take the class! 

Surprisingly, it was hard for me to get into the class because it was always full by the time I went to go sign up for it. It ended up being about 4-5 months after hire before I got certified. 

Lessons & tips: Go on a full stomach. Be prepared to do a lot of breathing exercises (into the dummies). Some students in the class became lightheaded during the exercises. Wear comfortable clothes.
