Lessons & tips: 1. Go see a doctor.
2. Live in present! (This is the hardest part!)
3. Find a job. Having a routine working life helped a lot!! It is crutial! Even part time at the beginning.
4. Learn to enjoy the smallest things in life. Focusing on TODAY, not on things might happen in the future, or something happened in the past.
