I’ve had a lot of digestive issues, and I’ve only recently heard about how malnutrition can impact depression/anxiety. Ever since I started having IBS and reflux, it’s kept me from properly absorbing nutrients, and I’ve been incredibly anxious and (on and off) depressed. This would make a lot of sense!

This makes a lot of sense for me, too

I’ve had more digestive issues – getting to the point where I could barely keep anything down for the past year or more – and I’ve been incredibly anxious/depressed (although I’ve had reasons for it, it’s too much/ongoing). I should have checked out the gluten-free books, when i was in the bookstore. (I was too focused on the pet health section.)

Recommend: Start following some of the discussion boards out there about gluten free and celiac disease. You’ll be amazed.
