How to drink more water
"I feel hydrated and healthier."
How I did it: I switched to drinking Seltzer water and buy it in large quantities. I drink probably 3-6 cans of no sodium, no calorie seltzer water daily. The carbonation gives me the *fizz* I like from sodas without the soda *stuff*. I do have more energy, less sugar in my system and it does help clear up your skin!
I really don't miss soda at all. I will have a diet soda about once or twice a month and generally won't finish it.
Lessons & tips: find a type/style/flavor of water you LIKE. for me, it is seltzer water.
Resources: No sodium, no calorie Seltzer water.
