How I did it: i really did not want to be a dental assistant, i wanted to go for the phsical therapy program.I didnt get in so the only ther program i could tolerate seeing myself in was dental. At the start of it i was scared,i thought the other girls didnt like me but boy was i wrong over the many months the work got harder but it was easier with friends around.Now im a really shy person but it was easy for me to be at least a fraction of myself around them. At the begining i thought the work was easy. There were some times where a few months later i was doubting myself. But i made it through the program  and went on my externship. i made aquaitences there and some procedures that i myself couldnt stomach.Now i am done and proud that i did it :).

Lessons & tips:

take time and read the text book no matter how dreadfuly boring it is  its worth it
