How to loose 7 pounds
How I did it: I've tried all 2010 to lose weight, but hadn't really put my head to it. For example I find the most easy way is to follow the weight watchers point system. But I was having trouble actually sticking to my points, I kept going over my daily allowance, meaning yes I lost weight but it was agonizingly slow, and ultimatly I gave up and put it all back on. This time though something just 'clicked', fed up of my then weight, so I just set my mind to it, sticking to my points, I've never lost the weight so fast, which then inspired you to carry on, as I type I've now lost 13 pounds and am well on my way to ticking off my loosing 14 pounds goal!
Lessons & tips: Make sure your confident in what your doing before you start, although I don't go to the Weight Watchers meetings I do have a book with all the points values in and a calculator to work out other points i need. Also don't diet if your not 100% into it, I really believe you just reach a point somewhere along the line and it will all click into place!
