"Moving is the secret"

How I did it: I knew that I would move to another town in September
and I really looked forward to it.

I started in May and got bit by bit through all my shelfes and cupboards and and looked over the things in there and decided what of it I am still gonna need and what not.
The things I wanted to get rid of I either gave away or sold them at ebay. The rest got in the bin
This took me about 2 weeks

When I started to pack boxes I repeated the decision process and got rid of stuff again

Lessons & tips: Be critical (If you have struggles with that ask somebody to help), move somewhere and start decluttering early

this wasn’t a goal for me lately, because i never really thought about it lately. but now that you mention it, it makes total sense!! the reason i haven’t thought about my clutter anymore is because i moved to a new place in Seattle, so i never have to worry clutter because my studio is insanely vacant!! thanks for the insight. i will do this when things get too cluttered here :) congrats!
