How to start doing yoga again
"after a year of regular classes, i feel healthier and stronger, as well as accomplished"
How I did it: I got a 30 visit pass to my city gym, and used it to go to 30 classes over 2010. The gym switched teachers in the fall, but I love the new instructor also, and plan to go at least as much again this year.
Lessons & tips: have a buddy. my friend and I were much less likely to go when the other couldn't make it.
