How to do 43 things that make me happy
"i payed attention to write down things that made me happy until i had 43 of them, it is that simple!"
How I did it: i simply noted down things that made me happy.
this goal really helped me to pay attention to happy moments. i beleive there were more of them becouse of that.
this goal also helped me to learn about myself and what makes me happy. now i have cross-section of my life in form of 43 happy occasions from different areas.
i also learhed that in past 2 months since i blog it, i had something to be happy about almost every other day, and that is much more than i'm used to thing about myself. so now i officialy start to think about myself as happy and enthusiastic person!
Lessons & tips:
- write down only happy things until you have 43 entries
- no counting in the title allowed, let each happy ocasion be for itself
- no other entries allowed - that way you'll know you reached your goal when you have 43 entries
- just do it, whatever it is! let it happen! don't forget to blog it
- pay attention to happy moments and they multiply
- release "all work no play", it is totaly not worth it
