How I did it: I have completed this goal a few times since making it originally.  I never did get a prenatal massage with my first born, but I plan to with this pregnancy (currently 17 weeks) maybe in a month or so when I really need it.

My first massage was a Mother's Day gift from my then boyfriend (now husband).  It was a full hour simple massage and it was very relaxing.  I always find myself so relaxed I'm trying not to drool lol.

I had another one as a gift from him, and it was a hot stone massage.  It was nice, but I think I prefer them without because the moving of the stones and the pausing to get them, etc was a little distracting for me.  I'd rather go into a zone and stay there until they tap my shoulder and tell me time's up.

My third massage was a gift from my boss, and he also went to get one at the same time in another room.  It was not quite as relaxing because I could hear him talking the entire time through the wall throughout his massage.  I'm not sure why you would want to hold a conversation during a massage, but he did for the entire hour!

My last one was during my honeymoon, and it was a complimentary couples massage at the spa on the resort.  We were on tables next to eachother, and well a Jamaican massage is a little more handsy.  They were not afraid to really massage your butt and inner thighs and leave very little covered.  It was only 1/2 hour and back only.  Unfortunately it was my husband's first massage and they touched his privates several times while going up his legs and it made him very uncomfortable.  I think it's pretty funny, but it's a shame because he refuses to ever get another one.  I tried to tell him it was not the same as an American massage but he will not listen!

Massages are a very nice treat for me a couple times a year, and if I was flush with money I'd probably get them more often.  They can be pretty pricey in my opinion and I have a hard time letting myself spend the money.  I only really get them if they are gifts.
