How to be able to jog for an hour without stopping

How I did it: I followed a really gentle plan jogging 3-4 times a week starting of with just walking and jogging. It took three months but being able to overtake lots of people in the last 5k of a 10k race felt great.
Now i am following an intermediate schedule so that I can beat my 10k pb (1hr4m30s).
Lessons & tips: Start slowly! What is your rush. It means you actually enjoy your runs and fitness improves really quickly so take your time and enjoy it.
