"Find a type of meditation that you like. Experiment."
How I did it: I tried every type of meditation until I found a few that worked for me. I prefer guided and visual mediations.
I also, incorporate these meditations with physical activity... usual walking out in nature.
Over time this process of breathing and relaxing began to incorporate itself into my daily life. Now drinking tea is a meditation. Running is a meditation. Listening to classical music is a meditation. For the most part, anything that helps to slow my thoughts and/ or focus them has become some sort of meditation.
Lessons & tips: Experiment and figure out what works for you. Abraham Hicks- "Getting into the Vortex" is very effective.
Holosync is effective... as are listening to soft music and breathing deeply.
