I’m using the Abraham Hicks Getting into the Vortex Guided meditations & they work for me.
I love how you mention that you’ve found activities that are for you meditation – like running & classical music.

Cooking is like that for me sometimes – I really get into a zone full of love & joy & focus :)

The In Zone

I’m noticing that finding the activities that get you into the “zone” is the way to go . Baking is another one of the my activities that helps keep me in the flow. I’m with you on that one.
