How I did it: Checked their website for opening times. Arranged my activities around it and went. It's strange because I wasn't sure I'd be able to manage it because my dentist appointment could run late. But my dentist cancelled so I got to go to the museum; hurrah.

It's hard I think to make time for things like this. There were two main things that stopped me going.
Location - It was central enough for me to think "ah I can go there next time I'm in the area" but distant enough to prevent me making a trip from home specially.
Type of Activity - I knew it would be interesting but worth maing a detour for? Worth taking time off work for? Not certain. I'm not obsessed with toys or childhood so wasn't sure that I could justify my visit.

Lessons & tips: Sometimes you have to contrive circumstances to ensure that these little things get done. If I hadn't forced it I may never have got round to going there and it is a really lovely place and I'm glad I went.
