How to get rid of my anxiety
How I did it: I was ignoring because I could. But it was always
there. It affected my sleep so that effected my energy levels in the day. I was always feeling like there was something i should be doing or i was gonna get in trouble for something. Kind of a paranoia. So I was finally fed up with trying methods of my own and just accepted it may take actual medications.
And ill tell you its incredible. I always had anxiety
lurking in the background everyday and i cant
even locate that little monster anymore.
Its just simply incredible. Its one TINY pill.

Lessons & tips: What i can say unto all is if being ashamed of taking
medication is something you just dont think is for you, you jusdt need to throw that one away. These medications are made specifically to help those of us with anxiety. And its not something that will just go away eventually. Anxiety goes into hiding. But when your most comfortable is when he likes to show back up. So do it! Maybe you wont need medications. Just go see a psychiatrist.
Resources: I called around to see which psychitrist excepted
medi-cal but none did. So someone sugested mental health but i wasnt comfortable with that. So i just went to a regular doctor at a regular walk in clinic.
