How to list 43 Things I hate
"I had fun with it; It helped me get a lot of my anger out. "
How I did it: I was really mad about something, so I just sat down and thought about every little thing that makes me mad. It was a little harder than I thought, but it made me realize how stupid some of the things are that I get mad over. It was a great way to let out my anger, though, and it was actually pretty fun.
Lessons & tips: It's easier to make the list on a day when you're angry; I don't think I could have done it if I was happy.
