How to workout regularly
How I did it: I stopped working out. That is, I stopped doing anything just to work out and focused on doing things that I enjoyed, having fun and improving my performance doing them. I hula hooped, I took a self-defense class, I paddleboarded, I biked, I walked my dog. I'm still doing these things and getting incrementally stronger and better at all of them. But best of all, I'm having fun, I'm content with my body and I'm happy.
Lessons & tips: Focus on having fun and accepting where you're at, focus on yourself, doing your best and enjoying your activity as much as possible without worrying about how you compare.
Resources: Lots of friends, buddies, teachers and guides who encouraged me and taught me, who helped me to build skills without making me feel bad that I didn't already have them or that I was making slow progress.
