How I did it: I travel to different regions of the country for my job.  While I am on travel, I try and stop at a grocery store for water and such and buy one of the regional grocery store's reusable grocery bag.  They usually cost a dollar or so and have their logo on it.  I have some generic Walmart ones, but I also have a red piggly wiggly one with a pig on it, and others.  Now when I go grocery shopping, I am reminded of my travels.

Lessons & tips: Some don't wash well - acquiring little nubbies on them.  If you have a sweater de-fuzzer, that usually will take care of the problem.  Do not put in the dryer - they are usually some kind of woven plastic and may melt.  They air dry pretty quickly, anyway.

Resources: Almost every grocery store sells them these days.  Some are quite artistic.
