How to stop procrastinating
How I did it: 1. Identify the emotional block that is keeping you from doing what you want.
2. Tackle it head on! Take it down! It's the only way you'll come out of denial and move along with your life.
Lessons & tips: Keep in mind that neither 1 nor 2 above are easy. Just keep trying and make sure you give yourself the encouragement you need.
