How to drink more water
How I did it: i have multiple waterbottles in my car, i keep one in my school bag, and i keep several in the fridge (i like my water cold).
I've been working out quite a bit lately (see goal "run a half marathon") and every time i go to the gym, i bring a water bottle with me of course, and end up refilling it and drinking about 2 bottles during a one hour period alone.
i know i'll occasionally have lapses where i go for a small amount of time without drinking as much water as i would like, but i won't be too hard on myself, and i'll just get right back on track!
