How to stop making lists!
How I did it:
I read a great article called "Achieving without goals". It was amazing to realize all the things I can do.
Sometimes I felt as if I couldn't have fun doing anything and had to push myself to do the things that I needed to do.
But now I relax and find a meaning for doing all these things I do everyday. I just list the things I have to do in order to remember when to do them, not to push myself to do it.
Lessons & tips: You should have from 1 to 3 things to do each day. No less than 1, No more than 3. In that way you'll be used to be active, even without having a To-do list (btw, I hate them).
It's better to have a calendar, so you don't think about NOT urgent things to do.
