How to get up by 8am on weekdays, and 10am on weekends.

How I did it: I simply got into a routine. As a student teacher, I need to leave the house before 8am each morning. This in turn led to my body clock changing. Now I am very active in the mornings, getting work done and sometimes doing exercise. I go to bed a little earlier than I did before to ensure that I get enough sleep (for me, this is about six hours).
