How to get back into going to yoga at least twice a week
How I did it: I've been doing yoga for about seven years now. For awhile it seemed to fluctuate how often I would go to classes, but in the past year I really focused on going at least twice a week to get a regular practice going. Then in October of last year I decided to obtain a teaching certification to further my yoga studies. It has been one of the best experiences I've ever had...very transformative and I will continue on my yoga path. I don't know it teaching will be in the near future, but yoga will always be apart of my life.
Lessons & tips: Dedicate yourself to staying with a regular practice.
Resources: Motivation, Dedication, and Studying. Some of the books I found to be helpful in which we used in my yoga certification program and which are used in most programs were Light on Yoga, Bhagavad Gita, and the Yoga Sutras. Also Jivamukti Yoga is a wonderful resource as well. ~Om Shanti Shanti....Namaste
