lyrnsync Year of Dreams Come True~
great !
How I did it: I told myself that exercise is a compulsory daily task just like eating, and if necessary I would fit other things I had to do around my exercise routines. By making exercising obligatory and a priority everyday, I was able to do it everyday without much difficulty. Skipping it would then feel "wrong" and make me guilty. After sticking to it everyday for several weeks, it became a habit and didn't require so much effort to get going anymore.
Lessons & tips: Change your mindset. Exercising is not something you *should* do, it's something you *must* do, no excuses whatsoever. Keep going for a few weeks and soon it will become a natural daily routine. If you do have to miss a day due to work or other factors, start exercising again as soon as possible, whether it's cardio or resistance training. Find easier and quicker ways you can get access to when time and equipment is limited, just don't omit exercise altogether. If you stop for too long, it will take effort to get back to your routine again.
