How to spend less time fooling around on the net and more time actually working
How I did it: Great effort was needed, to focus for longer and longer periods of time. I have had to learn to prioritize and to respect other people's time; the hardest thing, and it is something I am still working on, is treating my schedules as though they were set in stone.
Lessons & tips: Assume that you are learning. Keep trying. Don't hate yourself when you do what is easier; you are only human. And don't be afraid to push yourself HARD. You can take it.
Resources: My Blackberry. A laptop, on which I type everything, including schedules and meal plans; everything I do now looks important, and is harder to disregard. The internet - if it can be emailed to you, or you can email it to someone else, do it! My iPhone, which I replaced with the blackberry; it still has wireless access even without a sim card and a big, easy to read screen so I can surf the internet llying in bed when I have finished my work.
